At Mr.Fris, it’s all about results. No empty promises, just whiter teeth. That’s why: no results = money back.
We developed our whitening trays to be safe, effective, and easy to use. Follow the instructions carefully, and you should see results. If not? Then we will resolve it for you.
What do we expect from you?
To remain fair to all our customers, we ask the following:
- Take a clear "before" photo of your teeth before starting the treatment, in natural daylight.
- Follow the instructions provided with the trays closely.
- Take a photo immediately after your first treatment, again in natural daylight and in a similar location.
- Use the trays every day and take an additional photo on the last day of your treatment (day 5 or day 10, depending on the package you chose), also in natural daylight.
Note: all photos must include a valid date and time stamp. This is often already standard in your photos - check online how to make this visible for your type of phone.
Tip: natural daylight provides the most honest and comparable color. Avoid artificial light or changing lighting conditions so that you can see the difference clearly!
How to request a refund:
Email us within 30 days of receiving your order
Send your photos (before, after the first treatment, and after the final treatment) and your order number to support@mrfris.com
Once approved, you will receive a return label. Do you have any trays left over? You can send those back. As soon as we receive them, we will refund your purchase amount to your account.
