C. You create an account and order from our webshop

We do not process payment details ourselves. Payments are processed via a Payment Service Provider (PSP).

Purpose: helping you directly via chat and improving our customer service.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (optimal service).
Shared with: our chat software provider.

E. You post a review or give feedback

When you leave a product review, we process:

• Your review and star rating

Purpose: helping other customers with their purchasing decision and improving our products and services.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (transparency and product improvement).
Shared with: our review management partners.

• Your data is sent encrypted via SSL (recognisable by the padlock in the address bar).
• Passwords are stored encrypted and are not visible to us.
• Access to customer data is only possible for authorised employees.

We do not keep your data longer than is legally permitted and necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

• Account data: up to 2 years after last login
• Order data: 7 years (tax retention obligation)
• Newsletter subscriptions: until unsubscription
• Reviews and feedback: indefinitely, unless deletion is requested
