At MrFris, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Are you not satisfied with your order? You can return your purchase within 30 days. Please contact us in this case and you will receive a return label.
Have you received an incorrect or defective product? Send us an email within 7 days with a photo of the order to support@mrfris.com, and we will resolve it for you.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase amount. Any shipping costs we incurred for shipping and returns will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
